We offer a wide variety of volunteering opportunities in all our teams, so you can choose the one that fits you best. We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to gain some experience in the field of EU-China relations, and related, and want to learn skills they can use in their current or future workplace. ​​​

​All positions require an average commitment of around 5 hours per week, with workload varying throughout the year. For more information about the positions, click here.

No particular skills or experience required! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to learn something new by dedicating a couple hours of their time to our organisation!
​
Bachelor's and master's students are welcome to apply.
​
All our volunteering positions are remote (virtual), which means you can carry out your activities online, with no in-person time or travel required.

You do not need to be a member to apply; however, if selected to join the EG staff, you will be asked to become a member. This entails a one-off staff membership fee of 10 euros.
The Process

All candidacies will be reviewed by the heads and vice-heads of the teams you apply to join.
To be considered, you will need to submit:

A short cover letter (no more than one page) presenting yourself and your motivation. If applying for two different positions, you should make sure your motivation for both is covered in your cover letter.

A detailed CV (two pages maximum, NO Europass) highlighting relevant experience.

If you are applying to become a writer or editor, you also need to submit a writing sample (10 pages maximum). This is only required for these two positions.

All the documents should uploaded to the form below by November 24th, 2024.
After the deadline, all applications will be gathered and assessed by the new Executive Board. You can expect to hear back from us at the end of November. If shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview.
