We offer a wide variety of volunteering opportunities in all our teams, so you can choose the one that fits you best. We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to gain some experience in the field of EU - China relations, and related, and want to learn skills they can use in their current or future workplace.

We are currently at capacity. We are still accepting spontaneous candidacies, but we cannot confirm teams will be able to take any more volunteers. If you are interested, please reach out to the Secretary General (Valeria) before sending the documents and officially apply.

We are NO LONGER looking for authors or editors but you can still write in the EG blog as a featured author.

No particular skills or experience required! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to learn something new by dedicating a couple hours of their time to our organization!
​
Bachelor and Master students are very much welcome.
​
All our volunteering positions are remote (virtual), which means you can carry out your activities online, with no in-person time or travel required.
​
You do not need to be a member to apply; however, if selected to join the EG staff, you will be asked to become a member.
The Process

What do you need to apply:
​
1. Gather relevant documents:
​

an updated CV (max 2 pages, NO Europass format);

a short statement (300 words Max).
​
2. Merge the two documents and send a single pdf file (if you don't know how to, here is a website that does that);
3. Write an email both to your team of interest and to egoperationsoffice@gmail.com with the subject "Staff Campaign 2024" and specify in the body of the email which positions you would prefer to volunteer in.
