The inaugural issue of the European Youth Journal on International Relations and China explored diverse perspectives from young European scholars on the concept of strategic autonomy. Contributions analysed the definitions, impacts, advantages, and challenges of autonomy across Europe, specifically within the context of China’s engagement with the continent.
