About the Event
Data governance appears as the departure point for both the formulation and deployment of technologies-enabled activities and public policies. However, states do not approach this issue through the same lens. This will have great impacts on China-EU diplomatic and economic relations -in their similarities and differences, but also in blind spots and silences which must be addressed.
